Hans Välimäki

Chez Dominique's capo di tutti capi, Hans Välimäki was born in the beginning of seventies and started his kitchen career at the tender age of 12 by baking pulla (sort of pastry) for his friends. Mr Välimäki describes himself happy, positive and outgoing person. His hobbies include changing nappies, opera and table tennis.

- Has also written a book on his restaurant (Chez Dominique, Otava 2004), on grilling (Grillistä, Otava 2005) and book on desserts (P.S., Otava 2007).
