Introduction

Chez Dominique's kitchen aims to create new innovations based on Nordic and French flavours.

- Our job is to suprise, offer experiences not to be found at home nor at any other restaurant. First element in our cuisine has always been the taste. I love to experiment but not at the expense of our customers, says chef Hans Välimäki.
